Glendale Group

Glendale Group is the collective name for our retail and food service outlets at Schiphol Plaza: Juggle Juice Bar, DUTCH & delicious, Café Rembrandt, Per Tutti!, Pizza Per Tutti!, toko to go en WINGS food & drinks.The name stems from the place of birth of Lloyd Vandenberg (Managing Director) in America – Glendale – where it all began.

The inspiration Lloyd drew from the US, combined with the food service family he grew up in, led to the opening in 1995 of Juggle Juice Bar. In the years that followed, we rapidly earned our place at Schiphol Plaza. In succession we opened Juggle Sandwich Bar (1998), Café Rembrandt (2000) en Per Tutti! (2003). We opened our outlet established in the old control tower at Schiphol-Oost, WINGS food & drinks, in the summer of 2009. Pizza Per Tutti! and toko to go were added in 2010. And in 2011 DUTCH & delicious, our typical Dutch concept, replaced Juggle Sandwich Bar.

Needless to say, the organization’s rapid growth has kept pace with increasing professionalism. The fully automated inspection systems in our establishments and the comprehensive internal training programmes for our staff, to guarantee an extremely high level of quality, are evidence of this. These key elements have yielded results, which have not gone unnoticed. We are a former winner of the prize for ‘Best Retail Concession Operator in Catering & Services’ at Schiphol Airport – an award we are enormously proud of.

Glendale Group has also set itself high standards for the future. It is our ambition to expand both at home and abroad. But this goal will not be pursued at the expense of our organizational culture. Team spirit has always been the basis of, and the key to, our success.
